Welcome to LiveToExpress, a product of Minimalist Institute ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform connecting artists, cafes, and art enthusiasts.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies

3. Event Bookings

All event bookings made through LiveToExpress are subject to:

• The cancellation policy of the specific event organizer
• Payment processing fees which are non-refundable
• Our rescheduling policy (minimum 48 hours notice required)

4. Intellectual Property

Artists retain all rights to their work displayed through our platform. By using LiveToExpress, you agree:

• Not to reproduce or distribute artists' work without permission
• That event photos may be used for promotional purposes
• To respect copyright laws and report infringements

5. Limitation of Liability

Minimalist Institute is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from event cancellations
• Injuries occurring during physical events
• Disputes between artists and venues
